Balinese kitchen was established in October 2019 by Ari Bell, her mission is to bring Indonesian culture to Australia through the art of food and unique blends of spices. Originally hailing from the island of Java, Ari moved to Bali where she worked as an interior designer for 10 years. Moving to Australia in 2016 where she worked at Cullens for 2 years as a chefs assistant. Cooking became Ari’s first passion inspiring her to create Balinese kitchen.
